Hey, so I’ve taken a look at your program and while I’ve had some trouble understanding it (at least the excel table), I just wanted to thank you for this and your program. I guess my question is. In wondering if you could expand how you set up stuff for strongman events. Right now I’m planning on doing farmers’ walks. And sandbag loads at around t2 weights on my deadlift day and yoke. On my heavy day at with mostly t2 weights, with maxing out once a cycle. So good. So happy. Thank you so much.

Man great to hear you’re using my method in an upcoming training cycle. For the strongman stuff, I kinda put it as you did. Make events a tad lighter. So you can focus on practice and technique Awesome Cute As Hell Shirt static lifts. And as you near the competition those events should have a day specific to them like a T1 setup. Why is it whenever I come to an AMA I am actually interested in I can’t think of any good questions? I know most are flexible and can be adapted to a person’s specific goals and constraints. But maybe something that specified the intended number of workouts per week. Hours per workout, duration of the program in addition to the overall strong points of a program/who it’s for/etc. So good. So happy. Thank you so much. Ok.
