Finally, the current all-in price to grab all the add ons and expansions is well OVER $500, and I’m personally finding it hard to justify that amount of money. All in all, I‘m not trying to knock people who are backing the game (more power to you! Seems like you’ll be getting quite a large amount of content for the game, and if you’re a fan of MD1, this seems right up your alley), but it’s not for me. I did not follow the campaign. But i heard the dragon mini was designed 2 years ago or so. So they are reusing it for the game. For me, it just has a different style than what the game is winning for.

Diablo did have Cow-lvl as somewhat similar a bit silliness. I can understand why if you expected high fantasy it’s not down your alley. And I personally also had to adjust my expectations. As I wanted a ‘fixed’ MD1 with the same theme and everything. But it has grown on me personally. Right now I’m at $145 pledge + maybe the dragon expansion for the mini alone. And the scenery I’m also on the fence about, as it can be reused for other games, and is much. Cheaper than such things usually are priced at (look at Blacklist Minis Campaign for instance). I think the scenery was a pretty nice add-on as well.
