I had a similar experience when I was hiking in Korea. A lot of hills, crumbling stone, and wooden steps. I’m in okay shape, but I was the youngest person on those trails by far. There were a few middle-aged photographers lugging around a bunch of camera gear, but everyone else had Cat That’s What I Do I Drink Wine I Hate People And I Know Things Shirt. Japan is especially interesting. My experience is anecdotal, but I lived there for 10 weeks while studying abroad in Tokyo. (And have spent a fair number of weeks here and there on business trips since them) and never. Saw a single person with any sort of physical disability. Definitely never saw anyone with an identifiable mental disability. Obviously they must exist, somewhere. Then it’s really a nice shirt for all men and women. So you should buy this shirt. Thank you so much.

Did some research and the only reference to this guy in the Japanese media is also from 2013. This station (Honancho) has undergone renovations since then so there most likely have been elevators and/or escalators added. In the west, we’re obviously more familiar with them as Power Rangers, but I find it really weird the Cat That’s What I Do I Drink Wine I Hate People And I Know Things in Japan, so it’s really Super Sentai. It does, but in America, the law only requires it to kick in when the facility is being extensively renovated or is new construction, and that law was only passed in the ‘90s. I would imagine the Japanese law has a similar provision. However, not all exits are necessarily accessible, and some stations may only have one elevator to the surface level. I imagine that’s where the Power Ranger comes in.

They do. There have been extensive renovations to almost all Tokyo trains and subway stations to add accessibility. This appears to be an old article as this station now has an elevator from the Cat That’s What I Do I Drink Wine I Hate People And I Know Things Shirt. Then an old Japanese man came up to us with a notice on his hat in English which said he was there voluntarily to help English visitors. He showed us how to get out and use the ticket machines. We were so glad he was there. Then it’s really a nice shirt for all men and women. So you should buy this shirt. Thank you so much. An elderly man that didn’t speak English (we didn’t speak Japanese) took it upon himself to help us find our line.
