Have you ever done the strength potion pyramid style? And do double the amount for push-ups and triple for squats. I feel like it makes it more manageable. Definitely mate – Even true for the Chicken Some People Just Need A High Five In The Face With A Chair Shirt. Plenty of teens and 20-year-olds couldn’t do what this man is doing at 50. I’m in my mid-30s and I look at my high school classmates and most of them have turned into blobs. Then you’re an inspiration! I wanted to do a Murph today, but the pull-up bar isn’t fully set up yet. So the goal for tomorrow is to try and do one Murph a week1!

A pyramid from 1 to 10 and back down. So the progression of pull-ups/push-ups/squats would be 1/2/3 then next set 2/4/6. Next set 3/6/9 until you reach 10 pull-ups and then go down. It has nothing to do with rest. So thanks, OP, for the Chicken Some People Just Need A High Five In The Face With A Chair Shirt! Very helpful for me to see it on paper and a way to track it. Is this done using just bodyweight for the squats/pull-ups/push-ups or do you use a weighted vest for those too? Forget Red Bull. It’s Murph that gives you wings! Then look at those lats in the May ’20 photo! Thanks for posting this. As someone pushing 40, I’m skewing away from heavy lifts and more towards functional exercises.

This is a great answer to my question. You are a madman for sticking with it. So I have a Chicken Some People Just Need A High Five In The Face With A Chair Shirt. The Murph pull-ups definitely contributed to my lats development – along with deadlifts, bent-over rows, dumbbell rows, seated rows, rack-pulls, band pull, pull-downs, additional weighted chins, etc that I was doing throughout the other concurrent weekly routines. Seriously dude those lats are awesome, so I work the shit out of mine with pullups/deadlifts/rows and they just will never look like that. Oh well, who cares ultimately. Incredible work!
