On to my question, I’m closing in on the end of my first Rippler cycle and looking towards round 2. I know you’ve said to switch up T3 exercises with each new cycle and I’m curious if you recommend rotating/swapping T2 lifts, or how frequently. I’m kind of in a ‘shit’s working don’t fuck with it’ mindset. But wondering if you got any thoughts beyond that. Your iteration of The Don’t Bother Paying A Therapist I’ll You What’s Wrong With You For Free Shirt! The program itself was modeled after some CF and military guys I had worked with. That kind of undulation in work is great for allowing diverse workload type, at pretty high effort, for a pretty long time. Great to hear your Rippler is working out well, please keep me updated. So good. So happy. Thank you so much.
Don’t Bother Paying A Therapist I’ll You What’s Wrong With You For Free Shirt, Tank Top, V-neck, Sweatshirt And Hoodie
On how the half marathon turns out as well as how your training in the gym went. I’d say switching T2’s every six weeks is the minimum. Anything less than that and you’re Don’t Bother Paying A Therapist I’ll You What’s Wrong With You For Free Shirt. Might work for a rank beginner but not someone like you. Nine to twelve would honestly be better as it gives you two pretty good cycle lengths to go through, so that way on the second you can look to set PR’s. After that swap to another one and repeat. When that horse has been run to exhaustion just get back on the first one and try to beat those old T2 PR’s. So good. So happy. Thank you so much.
