But those are things that you’ll need to work on with him first somewhere neutral before you can expect him to be able to do them out and about. For now, you might stop walking him at all – just take him out for pee breaks. And if he seems to have the energy to burn (which is likely because he’s a Jack Russel) play with him at home. If he seems into it, he works on tricks and training, mental stimulation with toys, etc. Service dogs are so dedicated. This brings me so much joy to see him have a little fun of his own.
