.I’m not opposed to bralettes or even strapless on occasion but something I’ve learned is that it is not natural to strap your boobs up to your chin, even if they are huge and jiggly. Essentially unless you have large breasts and need additional support to prevent back pain or similar is actually healthier not to wear a bra outside of sports for the additional support. I don’t know if you meant to say only small chested ladies should do this or not, but it kinda reads that way. I’m a 38 K and I’ve worn a bra for twenty years until covid and I will NEVER go back.
