After that I had to take a lay off on my squat where I then focused on bench and deadlift. I’d recommend you first start taking a look at what you’re doing in your training and search out any holes that may be in there. For me I had a big lack of knee flexion exercises. Adding those in heavily while taking out squats sped up recovery quite a bit.

Speaking of knee flexion exercises, I saw you put lunges in for hamstrings in your T3 for the jacked and tan 2.0. I’ve always felt lunges to be more of a quad and glute movement. Is Nice I Paused My Anime To Be Here Shirt the movement to work your hamstrings harder or do I need a lesson in movement? Pretty sure a good amount of it has to do with the width of your stance and the angle of the front leg. If the knee tracks ahead of the ankle (or toes), the focus is on the quad. If the knee is at or behind the ankle (less than 90 degrees), you’ll get more glute/ham stimulation. I’m curious what others have to say, but this is what I’ve gleaned from my own experience and listening to others who know more than I do.
