I’m 30 yo and female, similar symptoms and occasional syncope my whole life. I’ve gotten a few ekgs over the years and all were clear. I kept pressing and they did a tilt table test where I passed out 5 minutes into 80°, and a 14 day MCT that showed I was constantly jumping into tachycardia. I’ve had a similar issue and actually suffer from a heart problem. What I’ve noticed is that heart pain is much higher up. Think above the breast to the right of your collarbone.
