We have really similar heights/likes/dislikes/habits, so it’s really encouraging to see that you were able to lose the weight you wanted. A few years ago I was probably about 170 but didn’t want to look at the scale to confirm it. I got down to about 135, but did so in a pretty unhealthy/unsustainable way and gained a lot of the weight back. Now that I’m restarting my weightloss journey.
