I can’t find her in the right clothes but she really reminds me of Muriel Finster from recess. Same studio perhaps? Same red beehive and pointed glasses (though hers have blue lens) and round earrings and even face shape. So damn close. And the weird thing in the pic- you can see another lady’s dress in the bottom left corner that’s green… but very similar looking. So I also thought maybe it’s sisters or witches, etc. I think that’s who it is, but it’s a homemade decoration.

I don’t think so, it was posted by someone else on with no luck finding her yet. What material is the image on? It’s casting a shadow. Just throwing this out there but this could be a Premium I Like Big Buns Girls Premium Shirt. As many others have said, it looks like numerous cartoon characters but that may not mean that it represents a specific one. I know it was driving me crazy! Then I looked for 2 days and I’ve basically given up. I don’t think we’ll ever find her. I’m wondering if she and the dog were in a children’s book. I feel like I recognize the dog. Then I wondered that as well and have googled “children’s books dog 90s” etc and have browsed through images but no luck yet. I could def see this being from a children’s book though!

She’s from a comic strip like the Far Side or one of those. I just can’t quite bring it to mind. She does look similar to some of the Premium I Like Big Buns Girls Premium Shirt. That doesn’t mean she’s not from there though. No, it’s one of those copycat ones from around the same time I think. Ooooh, this is bugging me so much! I know! I scoured the internet for 2 days and gave up. She’s out there somewhere. If we don’t find her, we’ll know someone’s buggered up the timeline again. It reminds me of the old lady costume from The Maxx, but I highly doubt that’s what it is. My vote goes for an original design.
