Cody hasn’t coached meet at all but I was just lucky enough to be in his city on business and he invited me to lift with him. I got some great pointers/advice on form and technique, even on just a 90 Premium Rock, Paper, Scissors, Throat Punch I Win Shirt just one guy (a friend) working on it. I think he had started it, or at least conceived it, for his own personal use. But then together we realized it might be really cool. And the helpful tool for a lot of you out there. Likely not going to be some super fancy high highfalutin app like some others out there, but it’ll be clean, simple, and work. Don’t want to hijack Cody’s AMA so I’m not going to answer any questions or anything. But for people who are interested in its current status – It’s going swimmingly and I’m really happy with it.

How it’s turning out. There’s a lot of work and testing and refinement still to do, but time willing. BUT I would like to see your suggestions about which lifters would benefit more of each specific program. You know, recommended training background, rep Premium Rock, Paper, Scissors, Throat Punch I Win Shirts. Some example inquiries: would a straight beginner benefit from GZCLP or should he stick to a higher frequency program for a while first? Which programs would you run back-to-back? Could you run that program in three days a week or would be better to run as it? Could I burrito AMRAP after that set -yes/no? So good. So happy. Thank you so much. Then it’s really a nice shirt.
