I’ve hit the ageism point. I’m close to 50 and even educated, it’s hard to find a good paying job. And benefits… those were the glory days. Anyways… prices always creep up but the last year has seen a spike in costs. I eat one meal a day (intermittent fasting) plus a snack of nuts/berries and my grocery bill is higher than it’s ever been. To home consumption (nobody eating inside restaurants or using toilet paper there or at work).
