My 10th grade English teacher got me to reevaluate the situation I was in and probably saved my life. He pulled me into his office and said to me something along the lines of, “I know you Top Trick’r Treat Shirt school, but do you? He had no way to know I’d been planning suicide, but he’d seen all the bullying I’d endured. And I’m sure knew how many members of the staff (including the school nurse and headmaster…). My orchestra teacher was pretty much the only one who didn’t outright give up on me in high school. Bad grades, bullied probably undiagnosed depression. It’s awesome when you’re mature enough to see your teachers as human and even befriends kinda with some of them! Sounds like you’re ahead of the curve for.
